When a customer purchases a digital product, they're sent a download link. After a customer clicks the link, they have 24 hours to download the product before the link expires.
All physical items ship via USPS priority mail and / or first class mail.
Any physical item will ship within 3-5 days of your purchase. Of course , i always try and ship next day but occasionally that cannot happen. Any Custom items will ship when they say in the description - most times 2 - 4 weeks. Again, there are always exceptions so the best thing to do is to message me if you have any concerns or issues.

None of my items are listed as shippable to anywhere other than the United States, but absolutely we can do that. I am happy to price the shipping out for you and get things shipped to wherever you are. Contact me and I will get back to you with the cost of shipping.
... I have shipped my glass ball, hand painted Christmas ornaments for over 20 years and honestly, I have never had an issue with them arriving broken. However, we all know that there are exceptions to every rule. Please message me if anything ever arrives in any form other than what you are expecting. Weather it is a physical or digital item... I want you to be beyond happy with a product that I create!
Sadly, since most of my products are digital downloads and Online classes, there are no returns on those . All sales are final there. Of course there are always exceptions, so please contact me if you have an issue
